Marketing is the set of actions and procedures to effectively introduce products into the distribution system. It includes the planning and organization of activities necessary to position a good or service so that consumers are aware of it and consume it.

Marketing a product means finding the right presentation and packaging that make it attractive in the marketplace; using the right distribution network, and generating the conditions of sale that motivate distributors in every channel.

The Secretariat of Economy supports the insertion of national businesses into the marketplace through strategies which enable them to identify potential opportunities, enter and compete in them, while developing their products to meet ever high.
